HENG YOON Chili Crab Paste unique recipe is packed in sachet form to enable you conveniently and quickly prepare food for your love ones.

恒运辣椒螃蟹酱结合了传统的独特配方和现代的食品加工技术制成的独立包装,让您在料理时得心应手,方便快速,不管何时何地都能跟亲朋戚友一起享用您精心烹煮的菜肴。
COOKING METHOD / 烹调方法
DIRECTIONS / 用料:
• 螃蟹(400g),洗净沥干水。
• 400g of crab , wash and drain.

• 1包恒运辣椒螃蟹酱(150g)、水、一粒蛋白。
• 1 sachet HENG YOON Chili Crab Paste (150g), water, 1 nos egg white.
Deep Fry 400g crab & put aside.
将炸了400克的螃蟹放在一旁。
Heat up 150g HENG YOON Chili Crab Paste, add in previous crab & 80g water.
* Optional to add in more water if too dry.
另起一锅,加热150克的恒运辣椒螃蟹酱后加入螃蟹和水,继续拌炒至均匀。
* 如果太干,可以添加更多水。
Add in 1 nos of egg white, cook untill done.
加入一粒蛋白,继续拌炒至均匀。
Garnish and serve hot.
盛盘后即可趁热享用。
* You may also replace crab with your preferred seafood or other meat in this recipe.
* 您也可以根据个人喜好以其他海鲜或肉类等食材来代替螃蟹。
