恒运江鱼仔叁巴酱结合了传统的独特配方和现代的食品加工技术制成的独立包装,让您在料理时得心应手,方便快速,不管何时何地都能跟亲朋戚友一起享用您精心烹煮的菜肴。
COOKING METHOD / 烹调方法
DIRECTIONS / 用料:
• 虾(450g),洗净沥干水。
• 450g of prawn, wash and drain.

• 1包恒运江鱼仔叁巴酱(150g)、水、盐。
• 1 sachet HENG YOON Anchovy Sambal(150g), water, salt.
Heat up 45g oil, add in 450g prawn & stir fry little bit.
加热45克油,加入450克虾和拌炒一下。
Add in 150g HENG YOON Anchovy Sambal & stir fry untill cooked.
* Optional to add in some water if too dry or some salt to be more salty.
加入150克的恒运江鱼仔叁巴酱后,继续拌炒至均匀。
*如果太干或要增加咸味,可加入一些水或盐。
Sambal also perfect to serve with hot rice or noodle.
盛盘后即可趁热享用,可伴与饭或面条。
* You may also replace prawn with your preferred seafood or other meat in this recipe.
* 您也可以根据个人喜好以其他海鲜或肉类等食材代替虾。
